Lettings direct.co.uk is expanding fast and is now looking for an outgoing lively team-player to join our team at Jarodale House on Gregory Boulevard in Nottingham. This full-time position would suit an experienced Letting Negotiator or a Property Manager, looking for a fast-moving environment.
Working within a team of six, the role will cover all areas of Letting & Management practice including: Viewings & Negotiating, Day-to-Day Landlord & Tenant Liaison, Instructing Repairs & Managing Contractors, Obtaining New Instructions, and Publishing Properties to Let.
Key Requirements
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexible working hours – you will be required to work one Saturday in four
Confident outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Letting or Estate Agency experience
Car ownership and a full driving licence are essential
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience
4 ½ weeks paid holiday
