You guesssed it, I've been busy letting again! With more new listings than ever before, I'm being kept busy as an Easter Bunny.

I'm taking the weekend off to recoup, but I'm already raring to go for next week armed with a few holiday bargains to let quickly.

Keep checking my blog for new flats to rent at Carrington Point in Nottingham. They're brand spanking new and they'll be gone before you know it! 

Let, Let, Let.... 

I've had a very hectic week and could do with a day off! No luck there, with more new instructions than you can wave a To Let board at,  the guys in the office are running me ragged. This was supposed to be easier than being an all-action super-hero. Cuh! They didn't mention this at the interview.  

This weeks mission was Highpoint, just down the road from the Nottingham office. We've got a variety of one bedroomed flats to rent in this recently renovated tower block, and I set myself a mission to get them let faster than you can say "I'm just getting the tram and I'll be in town in 4 minutes". 

So, another succesful week, 2 down, one to go, and a few more to come after that. Seemingly, there's no rest for the wicked! 

Another busy week for the man in green. This time a pukka 2 bedroom flat at the Dye Works on Fearn Island in Leeds was in need of a new tenant after being refurbished.

Mr Raheja gave us a call and I zoomed on down there and got it let quick-sharp leaving the Landlord gasping for breath. Luckily, he recovered in time to leave me a testimonial.
